- Consistent Feedback & Adaptation: Through my coaching platform & WhatsApp, you will be able to update me on your progress and I will provide feedback and adapt your plan aaccordingly. Your training evolves with YOU.
- Race Planning & Strategy: From planning your racing schedule, to discussing pacing strategies & fuelling tips, I will help you map out your perfect season and help you prepare for each race so that you can perform at your best when it counts!
